Chineke! Orchestra performs Florence B. Price

  Chineke! Orchestra performed behind closed doors at Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall, in a concert entitled Black Landscapes. The programme honoured a trailblazing African-American female composer of the twentieth century, Florence B. Price. This is the first movement of her award-winning Symphony no. 1 in E minor. Conducted by Roderick Cox.
