JAZZ FOR THE SOUL is thrilled to welcome well known soloist Wendy Smith-Bruné. A former backup singer with Ray Charles, the genius of soul, Wendy has worked with other musical greats such as Barry White, Gloria Estefan, Aaron Neville and Chaka Khan, to name a few. She currently performs worldwide as a soloist with the legendary Glenn Miller Orchestra, and the classic soul group, The Friends of Distinction.
Join us for this contemporary worship experience that draws upon the rich treasures of the African tradition of Gospel and Jazz. Our worship celebration includes music by our Holman Quartet, a light meal, spoken word, guest soloists and musicians, the Message, and sometimes more!
