The Long Beach Central Area Association/MusicUNTOLD presented a cake and refreshment along with community acknowledgements to celebrate the 100th birthday of Mr. Leon Martin on July 5th at 12:00 noon, St Mary Tower Community Room, 1120 Atlantic Ave., Long Beach. Mr. Martin enjoy excellent health and continue to drive with a valid driver’s license. In addition to community recognitions, Connie Cziebl representing Los Angeles County Supervisor Don Knabe and City of Long Beach Sixth District Councilman Dee Andrews presented certificate of recognition/congratulation to Mr. Leon Martin. Mr. Martin subsequently received a letter of recognition from President Obama through a request from Congressman Alan Lowenthal.
