Sept 22, 2012 Latonia Moore donated a solo and duo performance with Grammy Bass Baritone Donnie Ray Albert during the vocal and instrumental legendary 150th Anniversary Emancipation Proclamation Concert at AT&amp;T Center Theatre\/Auditorium, Los Angeles, Ca. co-presented by MusicUNTOLD and KUSC Classical Radio 91.5 FM.
